how quickly can i be seen after requesting an appointment? 

Steele Healthcare Services offer same day appointments, walk-ins, and scheduled appointments. We do give urgent/sick patients top priority.  

Can I get in touch with a provider at night or on the weekends?

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.  Our after-hours phone number is 870-262-9297. It is not a 24/7 service. If there is no answer, please leave a voicemail and a brief description of why you are calling and the patients name and date of birth. 

What if I need to be admitted to a hospital?

If your condition requires admission to a hospital we will attempt to contact the hospital of your choice for direct admission.

How does Steele Healthcare Services handle refills?

Once refill requests are received from the pharmacy, please allow 24 hours for the refills to process. If your request comes in after 12PM on Thursday it will not be refilled until Monday.

When are payments due for services?

Copayments, coinsurance, and/or deductibles are due at the time of your visit. Should any additional fees be owed for services after we have submitted claims to insurance, we will send you a bill with the remaining balance.

What Insurance Does Steele Healthcare Services Accept?

Ambetter, Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Medicaid, Medicare, Municipal Health Benefit Fund, United Health Care, and Qual Choice.
